Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "ToS") define the terms and conditions applicable to all services offered by SOCIAL IMPULSE (operated by Quentin JENNES, sole proprietor, Thionville Trade Register 944 741 768, 30 rue des tilleuls, 57970 KUNTZIG, France, support@social-impulse.com) to its clients (hereinafter "the Client").
1. Service Overview
SOCIAL IMPULSE is operated by Quentin JENNES, sole proprietor, Thionville Trade Register 944 741 768, with its registered office at 30 rue des tilleuls, 57970 KUNTZIG, France. SOCIAL IMPULSE offers services aimed at optimizing the online visibility of businesses and individuals, notably by increasing the number of qualified Instagram followers (hereinafter the "Services"). Quentin JENNES reserves the right to modify, at any time and without notice, the nature, content, and access conditions of the Services offered. The applicable general terms are those in effect on the date the Client validates the order.
Each service offered by SOCIAL IMPULSE is described as precisely as possible on the website social-impulse.com. These services are intended to optimize the visibility of the Instagram accounts of professional or individual clients, notably through increasing the number of followers, interactions, or any other social metric specified in the order. The essential characteristics of the Services, their prices, implementation procedures, any limitations, and specific conditions are detailed in the description of each Service. The Client acknowledges having read these elements before placing any order. Quentin JENNES reserves the right to modify, delete, or add Services at any time, without entitling the Client to any compensation, provided that Services already ordered are performed in accordance with the initial conditions.
1.3 Client Commitment and Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
By validating an order and making payment, the Client acknowledges having previously read, understood, and unreservedly accepted all these Terms and Conditions of Sale available on the Provider's website. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts:
- For services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express agreement and acknowledgment of the loss of their right of withdrawal;
- Relating to the supply of personalized content or services, performed at the Client's request.
By confirming their order, the Client expressly agrees that the performance of the service begins immediately and thus definitively waives their right of withdrawal. This waiver does not in any way cancel the Client's obligation to pay the full amount for the ordered Service.
2. Ordering Terms
The Services offered by SOCIAL IMPULSE are exclusively accessible by subscription. This formula allows the Client to benefit from continuous improvement of their Instagram account's visibility, notably by regularly acquiring qualified followers, according to the terms defined in the description of the subscribed Service.
- Flexible, no-commitment subscription.
- Immediate effect after validation, automatic renewal according to the chosen plan.
- Cancellation possible at any time from the client area, no refund for the started period.
- SOCIAL IMPULSE may suspend/terminate for non-payment, breach of ToS, or abusive behavior.
To subscribe to a SOCIAL IMPULSE plan, the Client must follow these steps:
- Select the offer
- Fill in contact and payment information
- Validate and accept these ToS
3. Account Creation
Creating a personal account ("Client Account") is mandatory to subscribe to the Services offered by SOCIAL IMPULSE. This account allows the Client to manage their subscription, track payments, and access Service features via the dedicated interface on the website.
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information (first name, last name, email, phone, Instagram username, password).
- Client is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4. Price & Payment
- All prices include VAT, secure payment by credit card via Stripe.
- Subscription is automatically renewed, price guaranteed for the subscribed period.
- Clients outside France: local taxes are their responsibility.
5. Service Activation & Access
Immediate activation after payment. Requires a stable internet connection and compatible equipment.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services provided immediately after purchase with the client's consent. No refund after billing, except in case of technical impossibility to provide the service.
7. Compliance, Guarantee & Liability
- SOCIAL IMPULSE guarantees the compliance of the described services.
- In case of technical problem, notification within 3 days to support@social-impulse.com.
- "Satisfied or refunded" guarantee if no result after a full month of subscription (subject to conditions).
- No affiliation with Instagram: SOCIAL IMPULSE acts independently.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and services are protected by French and international intellectual property laws. This includes software, interfaces, texts, images, videos, logos, graphics. Subscription grants a personal, non-transferable right to use the services. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data & Privacy
- Processing in accordance with GDPR, see privacy policy.
- Rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, portability: write to support@social-impulse.com.
- Cookies are used to improve the experience and collect statistics.
10. Disputes
- French law applies.
- Prior complaint by email, mediation possible, then competent courts of Thionville.

11. Code of Conduct
- Legal and fair use, compliance with Instagram rules.
- Confidentiality of credentials, prohibition of disrupting the platform.
- Sanctions possible in case of non-compliance.
