These Terms of Use (ToU) govern access to and use of the social-impulse.com website, published by SOCIAL IMPULSE, a sole proprietorship registered with the Thionville Trade Register under number 944 741 768, with its registered office at 30 rue des tilleuls, 57970 KUNTZIG, France, contactable at social.impulse.management@gmail.com.

1. Purpose

The website aims to present and market Instagram visibility optimization services. Accessing and using the website implies full acceptance of these ToU.

Access to the website is free, excluding internet access costs.
The user undertakes to use the website fairly and not to harm its operation or security.

The content available on this website, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is protected by intellectual property laws. Some elements are the exclusive property of SOCIAL IMPULSE or its partners, while others originate from royalty-free sources (e.g., Unsplash, Undraw) and remain the property of their respective authors. Any reproduction, representation, modification, or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

4. Liability

The publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages related to the use of the website.
The user is responsible for their equipment, connection, and use of the website.

Liability related to the use of services:

SOCIAL IMPULSE is committed to providing a quality service, appreciated by many satisfied customers for several years.

However, we cannot guarantee the account history before the start of our intervention (e.g., use of other external services, previous reports by Instagram or third parties, possible copyright infringements, etc.), nor control all actions performed on the account during the use of our services.

Consequently, by subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that SOCIAL IMPULSE cannot be held responsible in the event of an incident on your Instagram account (temporary or permanent blocking, deactivation, or any other event), whatever the cause.

To limit risks, we expressly recommend that you:

Do not use other third-party applications or services in parallel with SOCIAL IMPULSE;
Respect Instagram's usage limitations (number of actions, delays between actions, etc.);
Do not access your account from multiple devices simultaneously;
Do not purchase fake interactions (artificial likes/followers, etc.).

5. Personal Data

These ToU are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the courts of Thionville will have jurisdiction.
